▪ The price of the goods will be indicated in the order confirmation sent via email and may differ from the price published on the website. All prices are listed in EUR as the payments and refunds issued.

▪ The prices is included of VAT based on the rate in use in Italy and are subject to change until the payment of the goods has been completed. Notice that prices are listed gross of VAT (unless indicated otherwise) and the used goods are subject to a VAT rate based on the margin scheme which cannot be deducted.

▪ The price of published goods can change in any time.

▪ All goods must be paid in full before they can be shipped.

▪ The following types of payment are accepted: Credit Card (Stripe), Bank Transfer and PayPal.
a. The PayPal option is enabled only for payments with shipping directed to these countries: Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein , Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom (UK).
b. For amounts over 5.000 EUR is enabled only the bank transfer.
c. In Italy it’s possible to pay cash on delivery for goods up to 900 EUR in value.

▪ The necessary information to finalize the purchase are: name, surname, tax code and/or VAT number, country, city, zip code, address and house number, email contact, telephone number.

▪ In certain circumstances is possible to leave a deposit equal to a maximum of 15% of the value (including VAT) of the good before the final payment of the amount is completed within the established date.
a. Where payment is not made by the due date, the deposit will not be refundable.
b. The refund of the entire deposit can be requested within 7 days of payment, after this date it will not be refundable.
▪ In the case of a purchases of goods destined outside the European Union, the customs of the destination country may subject additional charges and duties which will be the sole responsibility of the buyer.

▪ Private buyers residing in countries belonging to the European Union are subject to the Italian VAT rate.

▪ Buyer with VAT registered in countries belonging to the European Union will be entitled to the deduction of VAT applied and based on the margin regime.

▪ Private or VAT registered buyers residing in countries outside the European Union will be entitled to the VAT deduction applied and based on the margin scheme.

▪ The issue of the (electronic) invoice will be made only upon explicit request to replace the tax receipt.

▪ When you place the order you will be provided with a probable delivery date and this may vary from the actual day on which the goods will be delivered.

▪ The signature of an adult is required for the delivery of goods with a value higher than 500 EUR.

▪ Any parcel that appears tampered or shows signs of damage at the moment of delivery must be refused. In this case, please immediately write to the email address info@majestyoftime.com.

▪ The goods will be delivered to the address indicated in the original order or in the case of payment via PayPal to the address indicated in the transaction.

▪ The warranty of working order (unless otherwise specified) on mechanical watches corresponds to 12 months, while for watches with quartz, tuning fork or electromechanical movement it is equal to 45 days from the date of purchase.

▪ The watches sold are vintage or used items, so they cannot always be guaranteed for the water resistance. For this feature, refer to the description of each watch.

▪ The description of each good or content tries to be reliable and precise as possible, however it’s not possible to guarantee the absence of errors. If a goods differs from the description, you can request the return and refund of the payment.

▪ The goods sold are vintage or used, therefore they can have signs, defects or aesthetic flaws.

▪ The responsibility of the goods will pass to the buyer when it is physically delivered by the courier.

▪ Ownership of the goods passes to the buyer once payment for the goods has been completed.

Majesty of Time guarantees the authenticity and quality of the items sold. Nothing is more important than a transparent transaction that satisfies the customer, so if after receiving the order there is any problem, everything will be done to remedy or solve the problem.

▪ Once delivered, it’s necessary to inspect the property as soon as possible and immediately inform if is defective or differs from the description.

▪ If you want to declare that a good has been damaged during the delivery, you must notify the damage and return the goods, including documents and any accessories, within 14 days from the delivery date. Otherwise the goods will be considered delivered intact and compliant.
a. If damage is claimed happened during the transport, the shipping company will open a file to check what has been declared and occurred. In this case it is necessary to keep the original parcel and packaging.

▪ In the event of an afterthought, the buyer has the right to request the return of the goods and the refund of the payment within 14 days from the delivery date.

▪ In the instance of requests for returns processed within 14 days from the delivery date, it’s possible to: accept the return of the goods, the repair or refund of the same, as well a credit for a new purchase.

▪ In the event that upon return the goods is damaged, tampered or lacks of documentation and/or any accessories, the amount to be refunded may be reduced to an amount to be determined.

▪ In case of return for damaged, defective or non-conforming goods, shipping costs are on expense to Majesty of Time. Otherwise if the return is due for a rethinking, the shipping costs for the delivery and the return are on expense to the buyer.
