Are parcels insured and there is need of a signature on delivery?2020-06-09T12:24:50+02:00

All shipments are insured.

In consideration of the value of the objects, each shipment is insured against loss and damage until delivery is made. The insurance cost is 1.22% of the value, with a minimum of 10 EUR and it’s indicated in the total shipping cost.
Shipments with a value higher than 500 EUR require the signature of an adult on receipt.

All watches sold, both vintage and contemporary and of any type, are guaranteed for their originality. It should be considered that antiques may include reconstructions and restorations that are part of the object’s “history” and must therefore be accepted. The same can be said of today’s wristwatches and pocket watches for which in some cases can have coeval elements, but not original to the watch itself. For these details please refer to the description of each watch.

Are there restrictions on shipping items with parts or items from exotic animals?2020-05-22T20:40:07+02:00

In certain countries it’s forbidden to import objects that contain leather or parts of animal origin, for example ivory used in antiques or leathers used for straps.
To regulate this restriction in the various countries is the CITES , an international convention which aims to protect endangered wild fauna and flora.

Before make an order, would be good to check for restrictions in your destination country because in case, for example, of shipping a wrist watches with a strap made from leather belonging to animals in the checklist CITES , or subject to other types of restrictions, will be removed.
Other case could concern antiques containing parts of animals for which there is the possibility of trade in the instance they are ancient and accompanied by a document that certify the period.

The watches sold by Majesty of Time are vintage and second-hand items and therefore cannot always be guaranteed for the waterproof. For this feature, refer to the description of each watch.

Yes, you can pay with PayPal.

The PayPal option is enabled only for payments with shipping directed to these countries: Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein , Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom (UK).
Payment through the platform precludes that the shipping address is the same as the one indicated on your PayPal account and in the order.

Yes, orders can be returned within 14 days from the parcel delivery.

Orders returned within 14 days will be refunded where possible by crediting the amount paid, a credit for a different purchase or exchange. All items must return in the same condition in which they were shipped, including any accessories such boxes, documents or straps. Any lack or damage to the object will result in a slowdown of the refund and the impossibility to re-credit the full amount.
To start a return, send an email within the fourteenth day to info@majestyoftime.com in order to receive the return instructions.
In the case of a return due a rethinking, any shipping costs cannot be refunded. The same is for any expanse for items that, returning from countries outside the European Union, will have to be subject to customs duties. Those will be latter deducted from the amount to be refunded.

Yes, are made shipping within European Union and Extra EU.

In case of shipments to countries outside the European Union, the parcels will be accompanied by documentation that has the purpose of certifying the value of the object(s). Upon arrival in the destination country, the customs may apply duties and taxes to the goods, which will be the sole responsibility of the buyer.

How long extended is the warranty on working?2020-05-22T20:36:42+02:00

As the items sold by Majesty of Time are second-hand goods, the warranty period on mechanical watches (regardless of the type of watch or clock and it’s period) is 12 months, while for watches with quartz movement, tuning fork or electromechanical is 45 days since the date of purchase.

It must noted that some watches, due to their age and wear, cannot guarantee the same standards as when they were new. Antique watches can retard or advance in the timekeeping and cannot be compared to modern timepieces.

The waiting time for the refund of a returned order can vary from 2 to 6 days starting from the receipt of the package and after the conditions of the returned goods are been checked.
If more than a week has passed, write an email to info@majestyoftime.com to ask how is going the refund procedure.

Yes, unless the order has been already processed and the parcel has been collected.

In the event the package has been already collected by the courier, are valid the conditions applied to returns: see Can I return an order? in the Returns section.

Generally is possible to change the shipping address unless the package has been already collected by the courier. It’s not possible to change the shipping address if you have chosen to pay with PayPal, because the destination address must match the one indicated in the platform transaction.

Is there a tracking code for the shipment?2020-05-20T16:02:14+02:00

Yes, each shipment is followed by a tracking number.

Through the tracking code it will be possible to track the parcel from the pick up to delivery and it will be sent by email to the address indicated during the order.
If you haven’t received the code within the next two days from the order, send an email to info@majestyoftime.com to check if your package has been already shipped.

You can track the parcel in case of shipments with DHL at this link or using any applications available for mobile devices.

Each order will be processed in the shortest possible time: it can be the same day or the next two working days from the date of receipt of payment *.
* the payment date may differ from the reception date such in case of bank transfer.

Shipments are consigned to the international courier DHL who’ll deliver your parcel in the safest way. If it becomes necessary to consign the shipment to a different courier, a first class company will be always chosen.
Each shipment is accompanied by a tracking code that allow to track the package from pick-up to delivery.

If your item has arrived damaged, the item differs from the one ordered or isn’t conform to the description, don’t worry, send an email to info@majestyoftime.com including your name, order number, photo of the waybill applied to the parcel, photographs of the damaged/wrong object. In the instance of a damage, send also images of the conditions of the box with which the shipment was sent. You will be contacted as soon as possible.

All documents pertaining to each sale remain archived indefinitely to be available for any need.
In case you have lost the purchase receipt, Majesty of Time Expertise or other accompanying documentation, just write to info@majestyoftime.com including the name and surname, as well the indicative date of the order.

The estimated delivery times of the courier may vary according to events or needs that Majesty of Time cannot cope with.
The following list is based on shipments made via DHL and doesn’t take consideration of the day dedicated to processing the order and to be collected by the courier.
